Bentley’s had used a Business Mentor before and it had been such a success that they encouraged Jim to enrol in the scheme too. Jim enthused “When I met Harry Falconer I got on with him straight away and he had excellent knowledge.” Harry Falconer is a Business Entrepreneur who has run a number of his own companies as well as being employed by a multinational manufacturing company. Having coped with his own rollercoaster ride being a business owner he explained that he was seen as a “turn-arounder of companies’ fortunes” and was asked to be a consultant for a struggling company and ultimately worked for the South African Government.
